In the Frick’s Own Words, Page Garden is “Permanent”


Charles Birnbaum of The Cultural Landscape Foundation has provided incredible coverage and provided essential background details in understanding the risks of the Frick’s current proposal. As he writes for the Huffington Post, the plan “would forever destroy an important part of the collection – an exquisite garden by the world famous British landscape architect Russell Page (1906-85).”

He poses an essential question:”So, why has landscape architect Russell Page been ignored and his creation deemed irrelevant?”
